SOUL CMS is an easy-to-use content assembly tool that enables instructors to design quality e-courses in the most efficient way, and at the same time, with the highest flexibility. With this tool, e-course curriculum can be customised to meet specific teaching and learning proposes. Being a standalone and offline application program, SOUL CMS facilitates anywhere and anytime courseware development.

Featured with a graphical-tree-view outliner for easy creation and management of hierarchical table-of-contents, this tool enables novice users to develop effective courseware at ease. Multi-media course materials like video and audio and other existing course modules developed by the common content authoring tools such as Flash, Dreamweaver, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Frontpage, etc can be imported for course packaging. Besides, different types of question banks can be set up easily for performance assessment.

All courseware items are created with XML that conforms to the IMS Content Packaging Specification, allowing instant deployment with AICC-compliant Learning Management System---SOUL System---with full tracking functions such as last access, time spent, completion status, assessment results, etc. Ultimately, this helps boost the overall productivity of training and learning.
